Pregnancy Centers Find Anti-Choice Postings on Google Place Listings

This photo problem has been occurring since early 2014 on Yelp and Google pages and we expect it to continue. It is critically important that you continue to monitor your page and also configure the page to notify you when photos, comments or reviews are posted.
How to Remove Inappropriate Content
  1. Go to https://www.google.com/business/ and login to your Google Account
  2. Click the “Photos” tab on the Place Page Listing
  3. Click “Report Inappropriate Photo” under the Photos tab
  4. Enter as much of the requested information as you can in the pop-up window.  Click the radio button next to the description that best explains why you are requesting removal of the photo.  In some cases you will be requested to also enter your email address for Google to contact you. Then hit submit
  5. Our experience has been very spotty when it comes to Google’s response. Usually it is similar to a request going into the abyss.
  6. We recommend that you immediately also select the option to Report and Block the user that posted the image.  This is the only sure way to remove the image from your page.
  7. If you need assistance give us a call. We are here to help your center.
